Added collectstatic command to static site generation.
Updated setup.py to leverage readme file and version from __init__.py. Updated documentation with new settings and collectstatic instructions.

Just going to chime in and say that this would be awesome. I have my own workaround to get static content for my site, but having this built in would be even better |

Adds a helpful message to the exception thrown in response to non- 200 response codes. Additionally, prevents DiskStaticSiteRenderer from swallowing the exception when rendering paths in parallel.
